Shipping & Returns SHIPPING POLICY We pride ourselves on being an efficient company, meaning we like to get your order out just as swiftly as your payment was processed however we are a small business. All orders take 2-4 BUSINESS DAY for fulfillment. Orders will ship USPS PRIORITY and arrive between 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Once the order leaves our hands and is checked into the Postal Service we are no longer responsible for the timing in which your order arrives. Please TRACK YOUR ORDER. All orders come with tracking sent to the email as soon as the label has been created. Please allow 12- 24 hours for the tracking to update before tracking If your order is lost in transit please email us to make us aware and then follow up with a report to USPS. Please wait at least 2 days after expected delivery date before contacting us as sometimes the mail service will have delays due to unforeseen circumstances that we are not responsible for. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY Due to the personal nature of our items we DO NOT OFFER RETURNS. However if you are unsatisfied for any reason we will work together to come up with the best solution to satisfy both the customer and our protocols. If your product is ruined during shipping please email us with photo evidence and we will replace the item. Our Story LUXECHARISSE SKIN began in 2020 during the pandemic when I discovered there was a lack in body care products with amazing fragrances that wouldn't irritate sensitive and eczema prone skin. As a fellow fragrance lover with sensitive skin I thought why should we have to choose between smelling amazing or our breakout prone skin. I then began researching phtahlate free fragrances and it's been a blessing ever since. When I originally launched LUXECHARISSE SKIN I had the idea to just focus on body care products but soon jumped into facial care and by October we were pushing 12 products. As you can imagine as a business ran by only ONE PERSON, things got overwhelming swiftly and I was forced to get back to the best selling basics that my customers fell in love with in the beginning. We are a "small business" but there's nothing small about our fan base having shipped to almost 50 states with some of our customers overseas and still finding ways to get our products to their doorsteps. When we first launched we jumped in with product after product, new fragrance after new fragrance and we are still trying to catch our breath! WHEW! This time we are slowing things down. Store Policy CUSTOMER CARE Please keep all lids and tops to products tightly closed and stored in a cool , dark and DRY place. With proper storage our products last and hold fragrances for months on end. Whipped Soaps, Scrubs and Body Oils are fine to be stored in the bathroom as long as their tops/seals are closed tightly avoiding any water getting into the containers.
